We had so much fun in Branson. Granted, there are a few old people there this time of year but that made it even better. We felt like kids. We went to two shows a day and loved them.
We stayed at a great cabin. We had a couple of wildlife issues but worked through them just fine. The cabin was in a beautiful area and we loved it.
This was at a showboat dinner tour and it was a very good time.
This was taken at the entrance to the musical Noah which was beyond description. At one point the entire theatre was the ark and you really felt like you were inside. Lots of real animals that were very impressive.
We ate at an amazing place that had a Mexican brownie that was so good we had to go back the next day for another one.
Branson is in the Bible belt area and every show ended with a gospel song or two. One of the shows ended with How Great Thou Art and Be Still My Soul. The first was the opening song at Grandma's funeral and the second was a song that has helped me. We decided that that was a tender mercy for us.
It was a great trip that was just what we needed and we sure had a good time together. I didn't get a picture of the shopping places we went but I sure should have. We spent a good deal of time there.
