New Bike

I have been looking to trade my old motorcycle for something a little better on the street so I could use it for these road trips I have to do.  I had just about given up, when a 3 way deal worked out down in Vegas.  So, I rode down on my old KLR, and came back on this.  I love it, it is a blast to ride.

Easter pics

One of the best parts about being a parent is when you can look down at your kid, say, "Smile!  I want to take a picture," and get that look of pure, trusting love that they have for you.

Melanie had two Easter dresses, so she had two weeks of dressing up.  She was a little more willing to smile once she was in her dress.  You might also notice that her toenails are now a certain color.  She likes them.

Lastly, Melanie is just starting to think she might be willing to use the bathroom.  Yesterday was her first time on the toilet.  There were only a couple of drops to show for the 20 minutes we spent there, but we were excited anyway.

Introducing Lydia Frandsen

Dustin and Kristen have a new beautiful baby girl. She is so much fun. Landon loves "my baby" and shares everything he has, monkeys, candy, sucker, whatever she needs. So far we haven't resolved the sharing time issue of holding her yet. Kathy is hording her, and after I am done, there is not much time for mom and dad. But we will get it sorted out.
