Camping trip

Rob, Duane, Zack and I went camping Friday night up Lamoille Canyon. Remember the rock table I built last time, well it was about a foot under the snow. It was good, then we did some ice climbing Saturday. Duane was taking picture of me when I climbed. None took the first time. The second time, he had the lens cap on, so there are about 10 black pictures. This one is Rob. It was those other guys first time ice climbing. I think maybe they are hooked.

Mom's new kitchen

Ok, minus the accessories, doesn't really show how much darker the paint is, and minus the new curtains, and also a black microwave to go above the stove.

cut finger

Last night I was cutting some chicken to cook, and I slipped and totally cut my finger. I thought it was cool. The knife went in where you can see the cut, kind of reflected off the bone and then went a bit to the side (it is hard to see in a picture). Anyway, the cool thing is that it cut the nerve that supplies that part of my finger, so I have no feeling, it is awesome. I can tell if I am touching my finger, but I can't tell the difference between lightly touching the finger and pressing in real hard with a knife! It is kind of fun. Mark, remember in school where they taught the innervation of the hand. They were totally right. I got the ulnar nerve, and I can completely tell where the ulnar picks up, and where the median and radial nerves start. It is pretty cool.

Our New Babies

Here are two more of the benefits of Kevin's job that he hates.

Kevin's Bike

Kelly helped me find a great deal on this IBEX Apogee. I took it out this morning and tried it out--pretty sweet! Now all I need is an American flag on the seatpost to make it complete.

Latest Bentley pictures

Yeah!!!! We're finally able to post pictures. We found out Lexi loves outdoor swings, as you can tell from her expression. Our first Christmas alone with our little family turned out great. The kids had a blast!!

Baby

So here is the new baby at 12 wks. I know it looks a little more like an alien/peanut, but we think its pretty neat. The head is on the left, and it is facing down, so you can see a profile of the head, stomache, then the little bum and thigh(skinny thing on the right) . You can kind of see the arm folded over and a little hand close to where the mouth would be.
